MR BOJA RAJ MUNIANDY
Mr Boja is a Certified Public Accountant since 1991. He served at Price Waterhouse during which time he was heading audit teams and corporate restructuring teams.
He has vast experience in taking companies for listing as well as arranging restructuring plans for listed companies under bank non-performing loans, He was also instrumental in taking a few start up IT companies to obtain Multimedia Super Corridor status (MSC) and is currently an independent financial consultant for various IT related enterprises.
MR DAMIAN PHENY
Mr Pheny graduated from the University of London with an LL.B (Hons) degree in 1984 and then completed the Malaysian Bar Exams at the University of Malaya in 1985. Mr Pheny also holds a Masters Degree – MBA (Banking and Finance) from the University of Hull, England.
In September 1985 he joined Messrs. Reed Taylor in London. Mr Pheny was with Reed Taylor until 1988 and gained valuable experience in the legal aspects of listings on the London Stock Exchange and mergers and acquisitions work. In mid 1988, he joined Messrs Adam & Co., a medium sized law practice in Kuala Lumpur.
He joined Messrs Rina Noor & Co in 1992 as head of commercial litigation. He now handles the corporate finance work that is entrusted to the firm and overseas the more complex corporate and commercial litigation matters in the firm.
